I'm a hard worker. Nothing came easy in my life, and I got used to struggling to reach my goals. I have my limits and I (think I) know them. We all have limits. But I always strive to do more, surprise people and deliver beyond what is expected from me.
I consider my main virtue the easy adaptation to different environments, scenarios, and challenges. Having worked at consultancies for a while, I was able to take on new responsibilities and expand my abilities. This experience helped me develop professionally and broaden my career opportunities.

I have been active in the development of digital products and services for over 10 years. During this period, I worked on several projects, most of which were web systems and mobile applications. I began as a designer, worked a bit with front-end development and after some years achieved the UX leadership role. Lately, I've been holding Product Manager, Product Owner, and Project Manager roles.

I believe we must be an example to other people in something in our lives. I really try to be a worthy example, a remarkable passage in some people's life. In my opinion, a good leader is honest, optimistic, courageous, caring, sensitive, compassionate, inspiring, and empowering, while remaining humble enough to be led.
I'm an innovator and disruptive (Am I?) 🤔
Well, I can say that I try. Innovating is a significant challenge because we often feel the pressure to do something groundbreaking, and I strive to avoid this bias. I believe that we can innovate by doing something that already exists, but better.

I started working as a web designer. Well, we were all web designers at that time. And, besides layout, I also programmed the frontend of the interfaces. So, until half of my career, I did both design and frontend. I can say that I know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript well.
What I look for 🔎
First, I always try to feel good. When I'm well, I can help other people to be well too. I always look for things that make me learn, grow as a person and professional, and deliver value to people.
